The mandate was to bring a machine into conformity after a lockout by the CNESST (safety and electrical) following a serious accident related to a machine that is used to empty the soil from the cultivation beds.
Automatisation DUBÉ redesigned the electrical cabinets and designed the machine’s safety to make it compliant. All work has been approved by an engineer specializing in machine safety. Project management, electrical drawings, assembly, installation, and start-up have been made by the team of Automatisation DUBÉ. They had to bring two machines up to standards: one safety multiples motor starter cabinet and the other a safety variable speed drive cabinet.
With quick and efficient help, the client was able to get back to business in no time.
