The mandate
The objective was to modify the production line to allow the production of different sizes of bread. The mandate focused primarily on the product packaging section. It was necessary to modify the entire system including rebuilding the conveyors and boxes filling system by measuring weight by adding scales.
The solution
For the control part of the mandate, Automation DUBÉ has added variable speed drives, a weighing system and has interfaced with existing systems.
The factory programming standard was met.
The entire mandate was completed in record time and the client was able to start production of the new products as planned.
